This is so precious. Of course Sanada would take out his self-loathing on Kirihara - that's just so very him. Kirihara was great, too, especially in the last scene, haha. I love him just popping in and wanting a Christmas present. :) And oh my god, hahaha, I love the funny little details - Yanagi and Hazue, WHAT? I bet Kaidoh sent Inui to spy on them. xD
Thanks, Linds ~ I always have fun writing Rikkai - they're a rule unto Yukimura. :D And Inui is spying on them because he wants to curry favor with Kaidoh while still keeping tabs on Yanagi in any way he can. Also, Hazue is his, by default, so he's very suspicious. :D :D

Though I do have to throw out two really great moments. The training for nationals when everyone was exhausted but Jackal and Marui seemed buoyed by the strength of their friendship. Beautiful and perfect for them. I actually felt like you wrote that just for me, but I'm self-absorbed that way. And the chia pet. Just because. It made me laugh so hard I cried.
