Sooo, Office season premiere was this Thursday. I was kind of tipsy while watching it, thanks to an AMAZING function at work that involved really fancy food and drinks for our office, including an open bar... which led to me consuming multiple apple martinis in these delightfully obnoxious flashing-light martini glasses

I wasn't too crazy about season four of The Office, but the premiere episode this week totally made up for it!

As a suggsstion, I had a random attack of fandom recently with Pushing Daisies. I bought the first season dvd, and I've fallen in love. lol The second season is starting soon, if you're looking for another show to get into. =D

I just started getting into Gossip Girl too. I'm kinda embarrassed by my newfound obsession with it because it's such a girly show, but since we have such similar taste in teevee I feel a little better now :o) I'm on the third disc, and Chuck just started being likable an episode or two ago. So yeah, you don't have too much further to go.

Hahaha, yeah... the character definitely intrigues me, so at least that's something!

omg, YAY! You started watching Gossip Girl! Chuck is my favourite character and one of the reasons I like him is because of how evil + manipulative he is but they do give him a "heart" at some point in the season and we do see that he his extremely loyal and loving to those he cares about (even though he might show it in a twisted way at times)

I'm interested to see what things look like when he & Blair get together... I can picture it being very HOTTTTT, hahaa :)

i really liked the premiere of the office! i think this will be a good season. :] ryan/kelly omg! i love them so much. all of the office couples are really great and will be fun to watch this season.

i watched season one of gossip girl but haven't bothered with the new season yet. i don't really know why; i guess what you said - none of the characters really grabbed me enough to care about them, idk. i will just have a marathon once the season is over, probably. chuck does become more likable, yes. i think you eventually have to ignore the date-rapist bit and just label it as a poor choice on the writers' part. he's a douche, yes, but to my recollection doesn't reach that level of skeevy again, haha.
