Tori show....school...beach

So I was saddened by the Tori concert because she wasn't in her usual spirits. The sound system also went out during "Blood Roses" her second song and there was a disruption in the audience which caused Tori to yell "Shut the fuck up!" at them. I wanted her to play "Cornflake Girl" or "Hotel" but she didn't. She did play "Cooling" which I was happy

I went to a Tori concert that was like that. Actually, both of the concerts I've been to she was like that at. She's a good preformer as far as songs go, but from what I've noted she isn't very friendly. Like, she doesn't tell stories or really seem to ENJOY playing for an audience. It's more like she's up there by herself with the music and we're just spectators.

Not always...I've been to concerts of hers where she told stories and been friendly...perhaps she was having a bad night. I think she may not be as friendly as she once was...but sometimes I think that comes with age. Plus she's had it rough this year because her brother was killed in a car accident.

sorry the concert was kind of a let down for you.
i used to have a friend who was a HUGE tori fan. i remember her going to concerts and stuff all the time.

Well then I don't feel quite so bad for missing out. I found out I have to work on the first after all, so now I can't go see her in Chicago. I was still sort of weighing it in my head.

Hope you guys had fun at the beach! And damn, that would have pissed me off! Without fans, there IS no superstars, icons, etc. I think all "stars" need to remind themselves of this everyday.
