I  fuckin flipped in therapy today.  I lost all sense and sensibility...pretty major.

Ive been going to the beach more than usual. I used to rarely go before ..maybe a couple times a year.

Considering that Ive been twice just this week...slight improvement id say.

Dear Life

While I agree with you that communication is important, I question the suggestion that any conversation of substance or necessity
takes place after 2 a.m. Why would you make me text my ex  when I know for a fact they do not want to hear from me during the day, let alone all hours of the night?

I took a xanax hoping that it'd calm some of my anxieties....mission failed.
