I just spent my first night back home at my parent's and already the walls are suffocating me. I realize that I sound overly dramatic but allow me to explain something to everyone but Evan. My room, like many in my house is a graveyard. It is a dumpsite for everything that someone in my family loved too much to throw away but not enough to keep. ( Read more... )

i feel your pain. I have an "apartment" which is the entire 3rd floor of the house. it is also where my mother keeps all the "extra" furniture and every season of clothing that isnt current. My dad keeps his old radio equipment up here and my sister, who moved out at least 4 years ago, keeps an assortment of things she probably doesnt even know she has. I started a "throw everything away" project which lost steam about halfway through, so for the last 2 months ive been knee deep in stuff i sort of just want to set on fire.
