Should I pack scuba gear?

Ok... So I am wondering if my trip to Boston in june will end up a camping trip or a scuba trip. . .in the street?

Reading how bad it has been, I have to say how awful that is... If we know anything here in Louisiana its flooding!

It's really only bad in certain areas. I haven't personally seen any flooding.

I have only had TWO conversations with you that I recall saying more than I intended. One of those was morphine induced so I refuse to be held accountable. BUT it built an ingrained caution switch.
