well... The only news I have is weird/bad news. Tippy is sick. My 4 pound dog is over-weight. D8< and it's because of the diet the vet prescribed for her. We realized something was wrong when yesterday morning she went to go to the bathroom in her box(for those not in the know, Tippy uses and in-door litter pad) and she collapsed. She couldn't hold

Yeah, she's been better. But the Vet doesn't think it's too much to worry about. But We're somehow supposed to keep her completely quiet and not let her run around at all....

Yeah, the vet is hopeful, but we're somehow supposed to keep her locked up for about 2 weeks so she can heal. I'm just mad that she's over weight because of the food he prescribed her and now we have to get her to lose weight but not let her exercise? We can't have her play fetch, she's not allowed to jump up, she's not allowed to run around... How am I supposed to get her to lose weight? D8>

AND, the pain meds we've been giving her (plus steroids) are making her more hungry and more active so it's just really frustrating trying to keep her quiet and trying to get her to lose weight when she actually wants to eat, which as you know, is a rare occurrence, every meal is a battle of wills with her!

I guess.... wait two weeks to exercise her? e_e Poor thing. Steroids make things really difficult, too. =/

Yeah... and she looks at us with that "What did I do wrong" face all the time... and then she's soooo hungry, but she can't run around... She's breaking my heart! D8>
