I wikipedia'd this and I guess at first Thanksgiving was proclaimed by presidents or governors or whatever, then maybe Lincoln made it a national holiday on a the last Thursday in November, then FDR had that changed to the 4th Thursday in November. I am dumb. I do not know. Where will you spend Thanksgiving Day?: At my in-laws' house! What's the farthest you've ever traveled to celebrate Thanksgiving?: I'm not sure. I can't remember if we ever went to my grandparents' house in Mississippi for Thanksgiving while we were living in another state. Do you put up decorations?: I have a turkey beanie baby sitting on top of the tv. What's your best Thanksgiving memory?: Eating the turkey liver with my mom, and feeding the giblets and stuff to the pets. What's your funniest Thanksgiving memory?: I can't remember. o.O What's your worst Thanksgiving memory?: I can't remember again. o.O What's your favorite Thanksgiving Day food?: My mom's sweet potato casserole or my mother-in-law's stuffing. What's your favorite Thanksgiving Day pie?: Either pumpkin or pecan. It's so hard to choose. ;_; I like pie! What's your favorite food made from the leftovers?: Turkey sammich! What Thanksgiving Day food do you most dislike?: I used to not like that green bean casserole but I kind of like it now. So I dunno. I just like food! What's the weirdest thing you ever ate at a Thanksgiving Day dinner?: I haven't eaten anything "weird" at Thanksgiving. Do you watch football on Thanksgiving?: If someone has the tv on that channel and I'm in the vicinity of the tv, yes. Do you know what teams played the 1st football game, Thanksgiving 1934?: Nooo... Have you ever watched the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special?: I don't think I have! Have you ever watched The Waltons Thanksgiving Story?: Nope Have you ever watched The Mouse and The Mayflower?: Nope Do you watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade?: Sometimes I catch bits of it Can you recite at least 50% of Alice's Restaurant?: o.O No... what is that? Do you even know what Alice's Restaurant is?: Haha. Do you go shopping the day after Thanksgiving?: Not usually. What is absolutely your favorite thing about Thanksgivng?: It's a combo of having the day off, spending it with family, and eating soooo muuuuch foooood! What is the one thing you like least about Thanksgiving?: Going back to work the next week, haha.
