Hey, I was wondering how you were Doing? Missing your posts but totally proud of you. Myself I have been eliminating. Food that's bad and may lead to binge purge. I cut my 6 meals in thirds and decided to cut out crabs mostly. I'm feeling ok tho,how are You?Were

Hey Sweetie :)

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you, i went back home to my mothers for a while, im from the country and we dont have internet back there..

Dont put any food on a 'i can never eat list' that is still giving that food power over you.. you can eat whatever food you like, you just choose to eat healthy cause thats the life you want :) and carbs are very inportant, they give you energy to workout, and you only burn fat while your burning carbs..

Ive had alot of junk food at my mothers, mostly biscuits and bread, but when my wheat intolerance it makes me really sick, i was dying last night so i know i have to start eating healthy even though im going on holidays thursday..
Im bringing over protein bars, packet tuna, almonds and tea bags with me, then doing a food shop when im over, going to buy alot of fruit.. then treat myself to a dinner out and a nice dessert each night :)

Hows everything going in your life outside food? :)
