Another really lovely chapter. I loved the 1950s drive in date and the part where Rose realized that it was a date.

I'm so worried that things aren't going to work out for them though, especially with that last line. *crosses fingers and hopes the Doctor can fix everything*

This chapter is a delight. I could go on and on about the many wonderful passages, and the detail. And the way you mix moods so well, alternately eerie, silly, steamy, angsty, romantic. The Doctor goes a' courtin', and it's awkward and sweet, and also possibly dangerous to the universe as well as their hearts.

I could use a rubber mallet in my car...

Oh, brilliant! I loved the Doctor assuming that what women wanted was the same as men, only a little more pink, Rose's 'memory' in the queue, the Doctor holding her hand and then kissing her at the movie, but the ending is so...bittersweet. I'm hoping things will sort themselves out, though!
