Wow, what a messed up place that is, by what you've shared! I'd assume you've kept documentation of everything as its happened and I'm sure the case workers have kept record too. I'd think you'd have some pretty strong "evidence" against them as far as this mis-treatment goes.

I'm always around as an ear if you need to vent & brainstorm.
