So I have decided that I want my body back and I am not talking about the one from two months ago I am talking about the one from sophomore year of highschool. I want to be skinny again. I'm on a *diet* for the first time ever because I gained 20 lbs. since last summer and so I started this so called *diet* in January and have lost about 8 lbs. My plan is to detoxify my body or however you spell that.. by drinking only water, eating salads, soups and anything healthy and by not eating meat. I take a daily vitamin.. the chewable kind because I'm a sissy and every now and then I exercise. When I am completely detoxified by my standards I will start to exercise on a daily basis and stick to it until I die. I have recently realized that I am a very lazy person and will only do things through motivation so this exercise thing is out there. I'm sort of looking forward to it though. haha.. diets..
