After long conversations between the Ministry and I we have come to the conclusion that any trips outside of Hogwarts during the school year is too dangerous to take any more trips. Therefore, no more Hogsmeade trips.

I am sorry, but I am afraid that you will have to take it up with the Department and ask if you are allowed to go. That or have your parents give you permission to go, and from the letter I received from your residence a few days ago, I highly doubt your mother will allow you to go by yourself.
