As you grow up, you always hear from everyone that there is nothing to compare to a mother's love. I guess I always thought this was a load of bologna. Lorelei Rose Welander has been born! She came out via cesarean section at 2:06 pm on Sunday September 28, 2008.
She weighs 8 lbs, 13 oz and is 20.5 in long.
She is absolutely gorgeous. We are at Unity until Wed at the earliest...visitors welcome! -

Not far from Family time?
Labor day weekend we got all moved into Mom's. We are still settling stuff about but it is going alright. We have determined that we will likely stay until spring, because I don't foresee us finding an apartment before Lorelei makes her appearance and than winter will follow, and who wants to move in the icy winter ( Read more... ) -

This new path that life has decided to take my family through has a potential to be dark and scary. Right now, there is so much unknown that the trees lean over and crowd my view of what is coming.
