Oooh, I totally didn't know who it was, either, Miki. I just figured it out, though... there's some fashion designer show on Bravo, like a reality show where fashion designers compete against each other in order to be famous or whatever. This woman is like a housewife from VA or something, but I guess people think she's a bitch according to that picture. To be honest, I thought it was a bad Rocky Horror rip-off or something from that picture there, lol.
