I need to get this out of the way first.

Please keep my brother in your prayers. He is back in the hospital because the shunt they put in right before Thanksgiving last year is not functioning correctly. I'm not sure what is going on, but my mom said that there will probably be another surgery before the end of the week

*hugs* I will be praying for your brother. Does he have hydrocephalus, or is there another reason for the shunt? If you need me to, I can also see if I know enough to try to explain the shunt and stuff to you...

He was born with spina bifida and had the shunt put in when he was a baby. They went in back in November to replace the first shunt because they thought he needed one after all. I don't really have more info than that.
