Fourth time's a charm!

I finally sucessfully made truffles....yes yes, I know, ok you can hold your appluase.  It helps when you actually use the right amount of chocolate (note: 1 cup of chocolate is very different from 8oz of chocolate even though 1 cup = 8oz).  I also ran out of parchement paper so it was hell getting the chocolate coated truffle balls off an unlined

The milk chocolate drizzle looks like caramel in the peektures....strange but true.
