So I was wondering...

Is there some sort of law preventing guys from going into girls bathrooms and vice versa, or is it just so socially unacceptable that people don't do it?

you know, I've wondered that as well. I think it's just a social norm. There do exist such things as co-ed bathrooms (in some dormatories accross the country). I think if a place is not-public they can create rules/laws that forbid one sex from using the other's bathroom (again I'm thinking dorms...)
