What a night... morning... both...

I got to the EMU at 11:30pm last night. Katy, Madeline and Rebecca started their shift for Event Services at 5am, so I was planning on staying until at least then to hang out with them.  I watched some games for a bit, and got a tiny bit of computer science homework done even. so yesterday was pretty much the coolest day, as far as the weather is concerned. I got up at 7am, and i was like wow the ground is shiny! it must have rained last night... and then i looked outside and the ground was covered in snow!! snow! in march! in eugene! we didn't even get any snow in december! i was so excited! and it was still snowing ( Read more... )

Lunch today was a calzone from the dough co! I had it brought to my classroom during my math class! It was the greatest thing. There was a knock, i opened the door, grabbed my calzone, then sat back down. I don't think the teacher even noticed, but everyone was like "what just happened...." and then I got to eat a yummy calzone the rest of class.

it still feels like the term has just begun! it's already the 7th week! last term feels like such a long time ago when I think back on my classes. It doesn't make sense because in that way it feels late in the term, but at the same time I still feel like I'm just starting out in these classes. bought 2 bottles of manischewitz last night. got drunk with the roomie and sang jewish songs. baruch hamotzi..... then realized i had a calc midterm in the morning... oops

i just had the greatest idea for an invention! a pen that can write in the shower, so you can write down all the ideas you get while in the shower on the shower wall! the ink wouldn't run when it gets wet, but you would be able to wash it off with water. it's gotta be possible! too bad i'm not a chemistry major!
