Okay, it looks like crap but I'm such a sucker for these trashy films! Kinda reminds me of a cross between DEBS (Diamond. Lucy Diamond. :P) and St Trinians.

And the tall blonde from St. Trinian's was Chelsea (Tamsin Egerton). Gawd, I love that movie. And DEBS. :)
