I just arrived here and already something weird happened. I got some weird guy who claims he knew me, STUCK TO MY ARM!

This isn't normal here is it? What the heck is this place?

Well, if no one has told you yet, there's a big apartment building that has rooms for everyone who shows up. I'm sure that young fellow stuck to your arm can show you where it is.
