Aww. This post was so fun to read. :D I can just imagine what it must be like in the office when Vera returns to work. I think the hundreds of emails in her inbox have something to do with it. :D

Sorry, girlie, about the work. Just remember that whenever you spend a little bit of time going through a mental checklist, it's an investment made for future time saved.

There are a ton of things you have to remember for contract orders, but as far as financing goes (the most critical part of the job anyway), before you book any order, think:

1) CE - Is the IR or RV approved? If there is above floor, adjust the IR and RV accordingly. (unless now the sales gets paid on Above floor?)
2) Is there Refinancing? if yes,
3) Is the Rollover above 30%?
4) Is there Above List %?

*hugs back* Thanks, gal. I've also decided to do a checklist for each type of order, so that I can just check against it instead of having to do double work every single time a new order comes in.. :)
