today was an ok weekend. the eagles won after being down 17-0. yaaay. these stressful games have to stop though. my nails are getting shot to pieces

this made me laugh really hard in the computer lab.
are you sending off for a lot of grad school info? are you going to do english lit? go to a school with lots of graduate assistantships and stuff available. what about going to school in europe or anything? are you going to go right after college? ARGH, I might have to be applying for grad schools and the "gap year" stuff while i'm here, that would be crazy!
english lit. i haven't sent off for too much stuff, i first have to research the programs - there's no point in sending off for information if the M.A. program focuses on drama or 12th centurty writings or whatever, or something else I don't want to specialize.
europe opens even more options, but i'm afraid that it looks bad to go somewhere abroad - like, "couldn't you get in anywhere else" kind of thing.
don't know. i'll prob appply for next fall, and maybe get deferred enrollment or something if i want to take a year off. not quite sure. right now i'm just looking at various options.
I could just tell you this at the house. But if you need any help or info on applying to Grad Schools i'd be glad to help. I went through the process myself, and have a little feedback on what happens on the otherside due to being an admissions counselor. (also, dont rule out the 12/1 deadline to UPenn, my advice would be to call the department, speak with them, and work on the app. a little bit at a time :) Also, when I am on the road over the next month and a half, I will be working with Colleges and Universities from all over the country, and would be happy to try to get some info from them for you.
