brilliant love. i adore the expression of the fourth and fifth, and the sixth is just pure awesome. by pure awesome i mean it's my favorite thing in the world and i want to marry it and never leave its gorgeously fabulous side.
its cool that you like that one (the sixth) because for my art class in school we get this notebook and have to cover every page in prettyness. its mostlyfull of collages and things. and for one page i cut that drawing out of my sketchbook and glued it in and also glued on a quote from you. when you said that thing awhile back about the thoughts of everyone on a crowded new york street corner maybe sounding like a thousand muted screaming voices because i always thought that was beautifulbrilliant and that they fit together pretty well.
your art notebook sounds delightful. i'm doing a similar thing just for the hell of it but i haven't added anything to it in a while. and i'm soso flattered that you used that quote. i agree, i do think it fits her. she looks contemplative of this crazy world in a way, or something like that.
mmm, that one (as well as many other drawings of yours) is definitely going on my wall as soon as i get more color ink.
i think kenda was saying the green-haired girl. and if she was, that was exactly my reaction the first time you showed it to me. it's a much hotter me, but still. i love your work so much. and i would buy comics made by you as well. 100 copies of them. and i bet a lot of my friends would too.
