*le sigh* I'm all in favor of domestic discipline stories, though it can be hard to find fanfic ones that are IC, but I'm sorry, I just do not want to see House/Wilson DD ever. Take a character who has a history of making bad choices about his own life and trying to control the other's life via manipulation and deceit, another with severe boundary ( Read more... )

Interesting thoughts. However, I think that it could work, so long as the emotional blackmail was taken out of the equation.

I could see it going like this:

W: We need to find a way to work through this because right now I find myself wanting to strangle you with your cane and that would be bad for both of us.

H: IDK - you'd look good in orange.

W: I'm serious, House.

H: So am I.... All right, stop with the puppy dog eyes - what do want to do, spank me?

W: If I thought it would work...

H: Why wouldn't it work?

W: After what happened with your dad?

H: That's a lot of the reason why it would work.

W: No... It would feel too much like I was abusing you.

H: So don't.

Wow. That's a bunny that's never bit before, lol.

Just my two cents', :).

Heh. Well, I'd certainly give it a try if you wrote it. Problem is, for the story to work well, it would require both House and the reader to trust Wilson, and I lost all faith in Wilson's essential goodness back during the Amber arc, so any writer would have a tough road to travel getting me to trust him again ( ... )

:)

I probably won't write it, probably because I think I must have missed something in there, though I could have sworn I'd seen them all from season two on... Weird.

I agree with you. It might help House with his issues but I think it'd just be awful for Wilson.
