Do you think Time is an opportunist or does it carefully select its attack so that the victims are easily manipulated (like children and old men) in order to gain more of an advantage?

I think Time (in S&S's world) is powerful enough it could probably choose anybody. But it makes sense it might make an easy target.

It just seemed like it picked weak target, kids, Tully, the old man from Assignment 5... It didn't see like it was always just a coincident than it hit those ill prepared.
