I just read a small article in the Sunday paper called "Preventing Fatal Dog Attacks." What they really should have called it is "This Is Yet Another Article Intended To Make You Think Every Pitbull Alive Is The Devil." There was a great quote in it, though, that I must relay. "There is something endemic in this breed that prompts violence and ( Read more... )

my brother's pitbull puppy bit my face the other day. but he barely got me and he was playing. he likes to bite my arms, too. hahaha.

spiders are creepy sometimes, but my fascination for them outweighs that now, for the most part. i still get the heebie-jeebies if i'm too close to them or think they'll crawl on me, lol.

one day i want to have a tarantula. but right now, my dad (with whom i'm living to take care of) isn't a fan of the idea. =\ haha.

I know I grew up with ALOT of pitbulls and they were nothing but good! That's why I get so angry when people generalize dogs by their breed and cast them all bad when it's just the majority but that's the same with everything really, always getting casted down with the stupid young drivers etc.

Oh I'm still just as freaked out by spiders and any insect for that matter! I remember in school, we were all sitting on this hill, near some trees and this massssive black spider starting crawling across my friends face, I have never seen anything worse! Poor thing too, jumped so high and ran away and we never went near that tree lol

i'd freak out too. as much as i'm beginning to like spiders i can't stand being that close to them yet. i got the chills reading about the spider on the face. ACK. lol. but i still want a pet tarantula someday. that will be a huge step for me.

i know what you mean about people generalizing things and forgetting that there are exceptions. I hate when men sometimes say that women are bad drivers. just because their sister or someone is bad at it. (although, i admit, i'm probably not that great, lol.)

and i have a feeling people probably lump me and my friends into those catagories they think are "bad" or whatever. one of my friends has purple hair and most of us have tattoos. it's pretty run-of-the-mill stuff but older people (even people that are just my parents age) automatically assume it's bad bad stuff. hahaha.

A pet tarantula? Noooo I could never live in a house, knowing I have this massive spider that COULD break free somehow lol.

Yeah it's ALWAYS the age thing for me. "Oh she's only 18 she doesn't know anything" and it fucking annoys me because there's been so many jobs I've applied for and they give me the excuse I'm not experienced enough when I KNOW I could do the job better than someone older than me.

Ohhh and I LOVE taking my aunties daughter out (she's 3) and the death stares I get from older adults, thinking it's my kid, bloooooody judgemental people these days!

I am the BIGGEST sucker for tattoos! I find them (esp sleeves) so fastinating! Like the stories that are behind them and some of them are SO creative!
