Hi... I'm very new to livejournal (I used xanga, mostly) so I'm not sure how to do this.. but I wouldn't mind to be 'friended.' It's lovely to know people from all around the place.
I'm relatively new to the 100-drabble communities too, but I have become hooked up before I can even spell 'addicted.' Heehee.
I have added you ... welcome to LJ! If you want to friend someone, you just go to their user info page and click on the button that has a head and a plus sign in it. :)
I have gone to the communities that you listed, since I am just starting out it will be so much easier to se what people throw out, and it is helpful.
I just wanted to know what programs you used, I think I have asked you once before, and you told me, but you know how I forget...
Cause I have Jasc and Adobe Photoshop. And I am having some problems... and was wondering, if you were familiar with the programs, if you could give me any tips?
I use photoshop PSCS. I found that using the tutorials at icontutorials or icontutorial (I always forget which one is still active, sorry) were very useful. I learned how to do all the cool tricks I do from that community.
Photoshop has a wicked learning curve, but once you figure it out it's a great program.
But - if you have specific questions I might be able to help you better.
I think, that, the main thing is, really what, since I am a beginner it is more how to get started... I have everything I need... now I am stuck... like what I am trying to learn how to do... is just really start... Like to make a banner, to get more than one pic in there and apply the brushes. Are you on Yahoo?
IF not cool... I don't want to bother you if you are busy. I know you are really busy most of the time.
