that pretty sums up my feelings about it :D anyway. AH. scored my record for napfa 2.4! 14.48 minutes! xD haha but refuses to say what irks me most about it cos it'll only make me more ... irked? gah. lesson learnt - dont come to an abrupt halt after napfa. your muscles will really screw up ):

hmm if you want real advice go ask yingming (erzi) she was e best in class - 12.39 minutes hahaha so proud of her/him :D

only thing i can tell ya:

dont stop running just push yourself and continue. cuz once you stop, its f-ing hard to get yourself going again.
