I think because, for all their claims to be a politically left-leaning, ground-breaking network, Fox is run by conservatives who probably have their hands in Republican affairs. They don't want to piss off Georgie-boy, who is against same-sex marriage, or their advertisers, who are still reeling from the Superbowl fiasco *last* year. Get over it already people!!
