something is causing an allergic reaction when i sleep...but only sometimes

Are you more stressed out than usual? I just went through a weird allergic reaction rash thing on my hands, and none of the four doctors I saw knew what the hell it was. Eventually I was put on prednisone, which supressed the reaction. But I was under a lot of emotional stress at the time, so maybe that set it off?

i don't think i have any more stress than normal....i don't know what it is.
