got this idea off of my f-list...

i'm bored with cooking the same things all the time.

give my your favorite recipes...the quicker to make, the better...if i can freeze leftovers, even better. i'm not a picky eater at all...and actually LOVE to try new foods.

How bought Ham 'N Cheese Quiche? It's my specialty..

Or cheese enchiladas, but I don't even have written recipe for that.

anything...but, sure, i don't know how to make that, so that would be cool.

seriously, all i eat is pasta, meat with different seasoning on them, potatoes, rice, pizza, sandwiches...not cause i can't cook, cause i am a great cook, but just cause i don't know any easy recipes for when i'm tired and don't really want to cook and/or clean up.

Chicken Cordon Bleu!!

Here's what you need: chicken breast, bread crumbs, swiss cheese, ham, and your favorite seasoning (I'm fond of garlic salt).

Thaw chicken and cut in half. Fold cheese and ham inside. Coat in bread crumbs and seasoning. Hold together with tooth pick and back at 375 for about half an hour.

I'm not sure on the baking time... so just make sure it's cooked through. Plus, it depends on size/thickness of chicken breast.

Something else yummy: ranch chicken.

Invest in one of the small George Forman grills... great for cooking a meal for 1 and you will use it so much it'll pay for itself tenfold.

Anyways... take a chicken breast, dredge in a solution of beaten egg, coat in bread crumbs and sprinkle some ranch seasoning (the brand I use is called Hidden Valley, but any of the ones in those little packages are good).

I like chicken. And bread crumbs. In case you hadn't noticed. ;)

Yeah a lot of people don't like spinach, but I hope the others work out for you :)
