Do you like Thai? Sala Thai in Headingley is very good indeed. Not central though.

Seconded. Superb food in a very classy environment.

If you're round Headingley, Salvo's is always worth a go, and it's always easy to come up with good vegetarian italian meals.

I'd also recommend Little Tokyo on Central Road in the city centre. Plenty of veggie options.

Little Tokyo is great for veggies, and the Georgetown is excellent too (just on Bridge End, Malaysian).
