I almost commented on this line in Japanese. Zoro says
任せろ！！運に。(Makasero! Un ni. "Leave it! To luck." Without the addition of "un ni", "makasero" would have meant simply "Leave it to me" or "trust me.")
運 means both fate and luck, and is a super important concept in the One Piece world - various people are always talking about Luffy or members of his crew having strong luck, and 運 is the term most often used. (Oh great, now there's another concept I need to go and index. Let us not talk about the One Piece index card project.) Anyway, "trust in fate" would be an equally good translation here.

I've reread these volumes so much that I tend to get cocky with the attributions, but I really should double-check first. *^_^*
Usopp's line is 戦士のご縁ってやつよ ("senshi no go-en tte yatsu yo", "that's what you call the bond of the warrior"). Incidentally, go-en could also be translated fate in some contexts, but in this case it would be the type of relationship bond that is formed by karma (I think?).

Oh, yes! 384 is 反撃ののろしを上げろ (hangeki no noroshi wo agero), which is what Usopp says to the giants in that chapter, right before he says "take us to our comrades".

noroshi seems to mean specifically a smoke signal, or a flare - something fired in the air to signal the start of a battle or a race. Not too easy to translate literally into English, but it's a nice glance forward to *spoiler*.
Oh, Jesus. The Usopp/giants scene makes me tear up every time. I really have to wonder how far Oda planned it all out in advance - some people I know have theorized that he threw in that little twist solely to troll the 4Kids dub, which skipped over Little Garden, but I honestly don't think that Oda is that petty

It sounds to me like part of the joke might be that the "bad" Riddler is an evil office boss, but I'm really not sure.

Ooh, good question! I had to go check because I couldn't remember. They call it Gear Two (fully spelled out). This is one of those things where it's stuck in my head from the way Luffy says it in the anime (at least, as far as I remember), so it just comes out that way when I summarize.
[For anyone who's wondering, the Japanese is spelled Gear 2 (ギア２) but glossed, in katakana, "second" (セカンド), so it comes out sounding like "Gear Second."]
And I love that they call him 狙撃の王, haha.
I know! Such a small change, but so significant. Sogeki no Ou sounds so much more dignified than Sogeking (not that I don't adore the ridiculosity of "Sogekingu," Usopp ILU <3<3<3).

As far as I'm aware, there's no further context. I'm guessing that the answers to Riddler's riddles are ones that only work in Japanese.
