does talking to her help? maybe just a session or two to get you through a rough spot can make a big difference.

do you not have medical insurance? can you get it through the club?

speaking directly from personal experience, whenever i get to the point where anxiety is keeping me awake, i get up and make a mug of hot tea and concentrate really hard on making it. i know it sounds dumb, but concentrating on every step of a simple task really helps sometimes, just to kind of re-focus your brain in the present and give it a jumpstart. is it just that you can't get calmed down, or you can't get tired?
