i have a certain job description at work but should my supervisor ask that i do extra projects, or extra work, even other people's work, i do it, and i don't complain or ask to be compensated for it. it's my job and they own my ass for those 8 hours i'm at work, it's not my personal time, feeling that your job duties are "extra" is being lazy. period. especially in a situation where you are trying to earn respect and show people what your capable of. you should do things with out being asked, you should go above and beyond because you should want to not because it's expected. having a bad day is okay, we all have them but they should be few and far between or else there is a serious problem ( ... )

What a snivling little whiner! Sounds like she needs to grow up and get some work ethics to me. I do not blame you for letting her go. We are not in high school anymore....
