Man, I worked out like a CHAMP today! I did this new thing, I planned. Yup, it was tight. Usually I just go there and focus on two parts of my body and do about 3 exercises on the two parts. I decided to write down what I was going to do, and keep track of how much weight and how many reps I did. Soooo I also decided to just keep a log on here
