Today, she told me that I had to OWN THE NUMBER! And even though I was going to go to the gym anyway, it made me want to go to the gym more. It also inspired my housemate, Pip, and so we are going to go to the gym at like 6am tomorrow. I aquired a new timetable, and on Wednesday at 6am, there is indoor boot camp. yeah, I don't think I'm going to actually buy the book, but I did go to the gym at 6.30 this morning. Feel proud for me!

I don't know what the number is!
Maybe that is because I have to work when Oprah is on.

I dn't know, it hasn't been on for a couple of months. I think I should write a letter of complaint to channel 7
