so I don't have a checking account... well I got a check that couldn't be cleared right away... SO... my friend deposited it into her account and let that be that so... well... she got the check back saying that they couldn't do that and that she now owes 200 dollars... well I said that I would get her the money asap and she said fine ( Read more... )

Some friend that is, to go and drag your parents into this. And why did the bank even cash it for her if they couldn't do that in the first place. That's just messed up.

But yeah, if she had a problem with waiting, why didn't she talk to you about needing the money sooner? She said fine and then turned around and call your parents??? OMG I would be so pissed off... grr that pisses me off even thinking about it.
