You're not going to end up alone. You're too good of a person to deserve that. You just need to find someone who has the same drive as you, and who isn't stupid enough to let you slip through their fingers and leave you confused, lonely, and questioning yourself. *cough*
Also, what is it with you and aspiring to be in situations that will get you killed? I finally get you away from this dangerous need to go to the Middle East, and now you want to join the Peace Corps and get yourself killed by vigilante groups who are angry with US involvement in their countries.
SARAH ANN! Can't you just plot out missions from the safety of an American office? I understand your need to help people more than you'll ever know, but there's no reason to try to get yourself killed. Maybe you should work with the poor in America. They're just as desolate and hungry as people in foreign countries.
