Sarah was sitting cross-legged on the floor, across from her bellsprout, Belle. "Okay, try this one..." She crossed her eyes and stuck out her tongue. Belle stared thoughtfully at her mistress before sticking out her tongue. Her eyes, black and beady, shifted toward one another. Both human and pokemon burst into giggles.
"Sprout!" Belle flattened her mouth into a long line and then turned it down into a frown. Sarah attempted to make the same face and once again, both laughed.
"All right, how about..." Sarah pulled down a lower eyelid and jutted out her lower teeth, as if she were an angry dog.
Daniel popped in from the kitchen. "Tea is almost re... ah..." Sarah blushed, embarrassed at her face-pulling. Belle cheerfully gave Daniel a leafy wave. Daniel, in return, smirked and headed back into the kitchen. "Be care...ful or they'll stick like that," he couldn't help adding, as he left.
Sarah paced in her cell, unconsciously fingering the PINpoint in her pocket. One press of the button and she could leave, but she had too much pride to go just yet. She wanted to be exonerated first

Schreber was working on some paperwork in the sunroom when Sarah came home. "I'm going to watch a movie on my computer in the bedroom," she told him, waving a DVD case briefly in his direction.
"Have fun," Schreber replied distractedly, immersed in tax preparations and shifts in produce delivery.
Time passed, and Schreber finally looked at the clock. Nearly two hours! He took off his glasses and rubbed his eyes. He needed a break. He decided to see how Sarah's movie was going.
He entered the bedroom to find Sarah sitting on the bed, bawling her eyes out. Alarmed, he rushed to her and put a hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong?"
Sarah wiped at her eyes with a tissue. A pile of used ones was next to her. "H-he h-had to shoot h-her even th-though she defended him from a b-bear and she w-was such a good doggie," she cried, barely comprehensible between her sobs.
Schreber glanced down at the DVD case on the nightstand. The title was Old YellerHe sighed, worry gone. Just a sad movie. "There th...ere," he said gently, sitting on the edge

"The bride and groom have decided to read their own vows."
Sarah looked into Daniel's eyes. This was it. For a second, she wondered why on earth she had decided to write her own vows, let alone say them from memory. She was far too aware of her friends and loved ones watching, and of the butterflies fluttering in her stomach. She twisted the bouquet in her hands, her palms sweaty. Could she really do this?
Then she took a deep breath and opened her mouth. Like magic, the words flowed out, just as she had rehearsed them.
Sarah found her brother at his usual hangout. He was sitting at the bar, several empty glasses in front of him. He looked up blearily at her. "Heya," he said.
"Tom..." She sighed. "You've got to stop feeling sorry for yourself and talk to Irma."
Tom shook his head. "No way, sis. I fucked up big time. She's never going to want to see me again. I'm sure she's probably at home, glad that I'm gone." He sipped from his glass morosely.
"I know for a fact that isn't true," Sarah replied. Tom looked up at her quizzically and she pointed to the other end of the bar. Irma was sitting there, several empty glasses in front of her, as well.
"Go talk to her," Sarah said softly. "But after you've both had some water."
Melinda paced her kitchen worriedly. She wanted her dinner with Gibbs to go well, but she was having such trouble with the recipe. She sent a hurried message to Sarah, hoping the other woman could save her cooking
