The Shadow did not normally see Sarah outside of the Nexus or a medical visit. He was surprised by her urgent text request to meet her. He obliged, meeting her in a low traffic area of the Nexus, dressed in full vigilante regalia ( ... )

I forgot to reply, I'm terribly sorry, but this is wonderful! He doesn't torture people often... but I wouldn't quite put it past him. On the other hand he's quite aware that there's a very thin line that keeps him from being a monster. This is a wonderful vignette... but Janitor Thorn would be so deeply upset. Perhaps he could hurt someone for her. ;-D
