I've always kind of liked the idea of proper singing lessons, but have always felt that any singing teacher would either inspire such terror I could barely squeak, or throw me out on my ear for making a dreadful noise. You may well sing a lot better than I do, but it's nice to know that singing lessons really are a Good Thing.
you should give it a go - most places will do one or two taster lessons for cheap :)
Anthony is 20 and extremely camp so not too threatening - the noises you make in warm up are so much sillier than you're used to that it kinda dis-arms you :)
He's so young that he'd not really heard of Radiohead (D was singing street spirit this week) - but camp enough to appreciate my first week's choice of 'Cabaret' :)
Yup, LJ definately has some advantages over Facebook :) hope your feeling better young Orange.
I've always thought of singing as a very personal thing, more so than playing and instrument so I guess that might be why it feels a little more vain and indulgent.
Woot! See you at the weekend and I am fine and dandy thank you for asking :)
