Next day delivery ... yeah right

I ordered a compact camera online yesterday from my Freemans catalog and because I am the most impatient human on earth, I paid an extra £2.99 for next day delivery. Well it got to 4.30pm today and still no camera so I phoned Freemans. I was assured that it will be here by 8pm at the latest. It got to 7.30pm and still no camera so I phone them back

Its a little fuji compact camera. I was so disappointed because I didn't get any photos at center parcs at the weekend because my big camera is just too big to take to some places, so I thought I would get a little one that I could take everywhere :)
The annoying thing is I now have to make sure someone is at home all day again or they will just turn around and take it away.

Part of our photographic challenge when we go out is that our main camera, though digital, is quite chunky and an extra bag to take when you want to travel light. I'm starting to make noises about getting a small one... small enough to fit into my handbag...

No camera yet :( I phoned again this morning and they are still saying it has been dispatched and they don't know why it has not got to me ... so here we are again waiting indoors for a parcel that may not turn up .. good job its raining ...
That's why I wanted this one, so it can fit in my bag. When it does finally get here and I have had a play around, I'll let you know how good it is so you can start making informed hints LOL
