They say that autumn is the time for eating in Japan. Just today I walked into the classroom I clean at the end of every day to discover a couple of pounds of sweet potatoes lying on the floor on sheets of newspaper, just inside the door. Hehe, thanks kid! Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox, and I think it's called kitsune udon because the tofu-age is brown, like a fox. This seems like kind of a silly basis for a name (lots of things are brown, right?) but it's a cute name, nonetheless. Stay away from those furries, now. They are bad news!

Whoa, everything looks so decadent and delicious! I got a ton of new cooking stuff for my birthday, so I'm way into the elaborate food presentation right now.

Sara, you know you make the most delicious food ever. Yeah...pretty much. I only hope I'll be able to bring something to the (possible) New Year's party that looks half as delicious as that.

Did somebody say furries?
That food looks pretty delicious. You should get some of those little bowls that they have at the japanese restaurants that say "oishii." Like you couldn't make up your mind so they wanted to convince you.
I'm really hungry now. Thanks for that.
