AHHH! Looking at your pics brings back so many memories for me! This is gonna sound so funny, but I mostly saw the city at night both times I went, so it's strange for me to see the Moulin Rouge, La Seine, and the view from the Eiffel Tower in daylight haha I love the pics thoughhhh, you and Col look so cute! I especially really like your dress and hair in the Disneyland Paris pic..and you look so happy in the first one with the birdies sitting in your fingers
Also, I'm not sure if you know..but that last pic is of the building in which lays Napoleon's tomb. I can't remember right now what the building itself is called, but yeah, it's insanely pretty.
J'adore Paris :)
OH! and did you walk down the Champs Elysees and see the giant Louis Vuitton suitcases? hahah If not, your mission failed.
YEE YEE! We didn't have enough time to check out Les Invalides, but we did see it a lot from the tour bus.
And I *DID* walk down the Champs Elysees and we did see the Louis Vuitton store but they didn't have a giant bag in front of it, just red spinning twisty things that lit up at night, so I dunno!
Les Invalides isn't crazy exciting inside, all you see is this giant tomb in the middle! It's pretty, but there are cooler things to seeee! I'm surprised that this tour didn't talk you to Chateau Versailles!?
I can't believe Louis changed their store display. That's so..upsetting.
Ironically, I've been tossing around the idea of applying with SWAP for a few months now, and here you are! Would you mind if I asked you some questions on it?
Just read a post you made in the Canadabound and wondering if you got the application approved yet? I'm currently trying to sponsor a Kiwi, and I'm scared I might be running out of time... can't imagine being without him...
Hey... yeah we did and everything is well, the whole process took about 6.6 to 7 months..we applied in Scotland so they tend to speed it up a bit more if you apply outside of Canada. Good luck!
