Okay, the entire London transportation system has been shut down because of bombs that have been set off... Some on busses, some in tube stations. I just want everyone to know that I am ok. Bess, Edmund, please check in and let me know if you're ok!!! Mobile phone networks are jammed.

It's pretty scary out there right now. Very sad.

It was pretty cool. Basically spent the day meeting everyone, learning names, figuring out routes from the office to the cafe, handling collection, and so forth. The highlight was getting my hands on some of the handling collection's textiles & costume pieces and helping to figure out proper names, dates, countries of origins and so forth.
