this means I can get an apartment sooner
I won't be supported by government cash
I can live with Sarah and Jessiker

hmmm. if you're going to sign yourself out--make sure you have some cash stashed out somewhere, just in case things go awry. also make sure you have a cohesive plan for things such as schooling, jobs, a place to live, etc. and good support networks! having good friends/family can make all the difference with the transition.
