I was talking about this a bit on Facebook yesterday.
You know, just when we, here, start to think, "Geez, maybe I should feel sorry for these protesters. I mean, we're Americans, we like seeing people protest. We like elected governments, and dislike military coups. And the military did just kill a yitload of 'em. The news is calling it a massacre, and it's hard to argue with that. Maybe we should feel bad for these Muslim Brotherhood guys!"
Then they do crap like this, because, you know, if there's anybody who wields real power in Egypt and gives the Supreme Military Council their marching orders, it's the Coptic Christians, right?
An America reporter said on Twitter last night, with (as far as I can tell in 140 characters) a tone of disappointment, something like, "This is how unpopular the Muslim Brotherhood is: More than 400 dead, and no-one is protesting in Tahrir Square." (It's an ellipse, goddammit
