Do you think I'd enjoy a Wii? I've wanted one forever but not enough to seek them out, but I've finally started seeing them in stock at places, but I don't want to get it unless I'm sure I'll end up using it.
It is primarily a party console system. If you have people over who would also be interested in playing a Wii then it's definitely going to be worth it. If you're a Nintendo fan then you'll also find it worth it.
If neither of those apply then find out what games are out on the system and see if you can find someone with a Wii to try out. If you can find a few games that you would like to play on a regular basis then it's also worth it.
If none of the above applies then you may want to wait until you know there is a desire. If all else fails you can play with others on their system.
I'd concur. There were a few games for the Wii that I wanted to play, but I really use the Xbox 360 a lot more often. The Wii tends to come out when people come over. Or, it did before I got Rock Band.
I have never used my Wii. Of course, I am not a gamer AT ALL and I only got one because it's my job. Still, I will admit that there are fun games for the Wii. Mario Kart for one. And Wii Sports is fun.
